John Edward Costigan NA (American, 1888-1972) was an American artist. In 1928, he became a member of the National Academy of Design.

Condition: Very Good. Art not examined out of frame. No visible tears, rips, creases. Surface use and age wear includes discoloration, foxing, scuffs, scratches, nicks to frame, tearing away of paper backing to frame.
