Description: Item/Description: Exquisite signed Van Cleef & Arpels, New York dress clip brooch. "Ludo Hexagone" dress clip (the name is a reference to Louis Arpels nickname, "Ludo".) Masterfully crafted in 18K yellow gold and platinum. Retro , geometric design of a folded buckle. Surface has an articulated ribbon of hexagons encrusted with old European and single cut round diamonds, approximately 2.25ctw. Secured in back with a double hinged pin with roll-over clasps. Hallmarked: Van Cleef & Arpels N.Y. / 12840 / 5846 in two places. This fabulous statement piece has been authenticated by Van Cleef & Arpels, Paris, France. Letter of authenticity included.
