Description: Item/Description: Original oil painting features a Parisian street scene. Titled on verso: Montmartre / La Maison Blanche (The White House). Signed and dated lower right.
Denis Paul Noyer (French, B. 1940) son of famed artist Philippe Noyer, painter, lithographer, and sculptor. Born in Paris in 1940, he showed an interest in drawing early on, a skill which his father helped foster. He went on to attend the Lycee Janson de Sailly and the Beaux Arts de Troyes, before studying under the very master who taught his father.
