- Punu Gabon style African mask. Decorative hand-carved mask features copper embellishment to the eyes, lips and forehead. Features outlined in twine. Elaborate sculpted headdress.
Material: Hand carved wood, copper, twine
Dimensions: Length: 16"; Width: 10 1/4"; Depth: 6"
Condition: Surface use age and wear includes crack to top of headdress, horizontal crack across inner aspect lower third of chin (does not go through to front), linear crack to chin, spots of paint loss.
- Two-tone painted hand carved Gabon- style mask. Decorative mask, Central Africa.
Material: Wood, paint
Dimensions: Length:10 1/4 "; Width: 9 1/4"; Depth: 4 1/2"
Condition: Surface and use wear, paint loss, some rubbing to nose tip and lips.
- Elaborately carved painted Punu Gabon style. decorative mask.
Material: Hand carved wood, paint
Dimensions: Length:13 1/2"; Width: 11"; Depth: 6"
Condition: Missing portion of wooden frame. Surface use and age wear. Crack next to right eye, abrasions to wood.
